Where meditation,
music and movement
meet in presence.

Studio Presence is a space dedicated to cultivating awareness, calm and connection through meditation, music, movement and shared experience. From guided meditation and wellness classes, yoga, pilates and beyond, to deep listening nights and live artist sets, it represents a shift toward a more intentional way of living.

Born from a belief that music holds its place in spirituality, and vice versa, alongside a genuine commitment to physical and mental wellbeing. Alternative, but grounded. A space for all to rest in presence. Open to everyone. The practice does not discriminate, and neither does the studio.

The home of mindful movement, sound, meditation, and conscious community.

1:1 Meditation

"Meditation always felt impossible for me. It seemed like something I should do rather than something I could actually enjoy or benefit from. That completely changed after attending George's meditation group. He taught me that meditation doesn't have to be complicated, you can simply pause for five minutes in the middle of a busy, chaotic day and find your way back to yourself. George was truly born to do this. His energy, presence, and genuine care create such a welcoming space."

What people carry home.

“I cannot recommend George’s teaching highly enough. I have tried many meditation classes over the years and after 5 years of searching, I have finally found the most genuine and authentic approach. George creates a safe and supportive space to reconnect with myself, my body and my emotions. Through his guidance, I have learned to be more present, more aware without judgment, and more connected to myself and everyday life. I am very grateful for what I have learned and experienced through his teaching”

We recommend booking your spot online ahead of time so you don't miss out, sessions can fill up. That said, if you find yourself at the door, we do have point-of-sale available on site.

frequently asked questions

Do I need to book in advance, or can I just show up?

frequently asked questions

Yes! We offer a range of memberships and passes to suit different schedules and commitments. Whether you're looking to commit to a weekly practice or dip in and out, you can browse and purchase all options through Momence.

Are there memberships or class passes available?

frequently asked questions

We believe meditation should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to find an arrangement that works. Every contribution, however it looks, goes back into supporting the studio and keeping these offerings open to all.

What if I can't afford the weekly meditation classes?

frequently asked questions

Just yourself, as you are. Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided, so there's nothing to carry and nothing to prepare. Come as you are, that's more than enough.

What do I need to bring?

frequently asked questions

Absolutely. One-hour hire slots are available to book directly through Momence, making it easy for wellness practitioners looking to run their own sessions. For longer hire windows or a different kind of event, get in touch with us directly and we'll talk through the options.

Can I hire the studio for my own event or class?

frequently asked questions

Not at all. Our sessions are open to everyone, whether you've never meditated before or you've had a long-standing practice. There's no expectation, no prior knowledge needed, and no such thing as doing it wrong.

Do I need any experience to join the meditations?

frequently asked questions

Whatever you feel most comfortable and at ease in. There's no dress code here — we just ask that you wear something you can relax, breathe, and move freely in.

What should I wear?
