Studio Presence is a space dedicated to cultivating awareness, calm and connection through meditation, music and shared experience. Born from a belief that music holds its place in spirituality, and vice versa, the studio sits at the intersection of practice and sound. Minimal, warm, housed in an inner west warehouse. Alternative, but grounded. A space for all to rest in presence.

George came to meditation not through a wellness trend, but through realising that in order to find peace he had to look within. He began teaching through Serenity in Sitting, and the sense of purpose was immediate and undeniable. Studio Presence is the next step: a space that is, in his words, a piece of me, and how I view the way we should treat ourselves and others.

At its core, Studio Presence is about creating space. A space for stillness, for sound, for community, and for self. Not as a concept — as a physical room you can walk into, take your shoes off, and sit down in. The studio sits at the intersection of meditation, music and community. What makes it unusual is that these three things aren't separate here — they inform each other. A deep listening night is a meditation. An artist night is a practice. The room holds both. Warmth over cold minimalism. Presence over performance. Avoid anything overly corporate or overly spiritualised.
